Share Symponia with someone who would like it. Your friend gets their first month free, and when they go on to pay for a month, you get a month free too. These are the rules. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Your invite code

Everyone with a Symponia account has a personal invite code. You find it in the app under You, then Invite a friend, with a button to share it.

2. What your friend gets

A friend who has never subscribed to Symponia can type your code in the app, under Invite a friend or Got an invite code? on the plans screen. They then get their first month of Symponia Monthly free, through an Apple offer code, with 100 voice credits a week.

After the free month, Symponia Monthly renews at the normal price shown in the App Store, unless they cancel at least 24 hours before the free month ends. They can cancel at any time in their Apple ID settings.

Each person can use one invite code, once.

3. What you get

When a friend who used your code pays for their first month, you earn a free month. It appears in the app under Invite a friend as Claim your free month, which opens Apple’s own page. Apple then makes your next month of Symponia Monthly free.

You can earn up to twelve free months in any twelve months.
A friend counts once, and only after their first paid month. A friend who only tries the free month does not count yet.
If a friend’s payment is refunded, it does not count.
Apple offer codes expire. Claim your free month within the time shown on Apple’s page.

4. Fair use

Invites are for real friends. Your own code cannot be used on your own account, and invites between accounts we reasonably believe belong to the same person, or invites gathered through spam, misleading claims or paid advertising, do not count. If we find abuse, we may withhold free months that have not yet been given.

Your plan never depends on inviting anyone. Everything a plan includes is yours whether you invite people or not.

5. Availability and changes

Free months are given through Apple’s offer codes, which are available in most App Store countries. If they are not available where you live, the offer may not apply to you. We may change or end the programme at any time; free months you have already been given stay yours.

6. Your privacy

To give the free months, we record which account’s code was used by which account, and when the friend first paid. The person who invited you sees only how many friends joined and subscribed, never who they are or anything they say in the app. See our Privacy Policy.
